May I ask where you buy the salmon?
When they say "organic", are they farmed fish? Do they give them antibiotics?
My limited understanding is,
(1) to be rid of mercury, the water has to be clean ie where do they catch or farm the fish is important, ie, Canadian and Australian fish are better guarantees of low or 0 mercury; mercury level is not related to "organic" or not.
(2) but farmed salmon normally gets fed high dosages of antibiotics; I am not sure if "organic" salmon gets antibiotics; of course, wild salmon (extremely expensive) is the only sure bet that they do not get antibiotics.
