Do we need to tip Midwives? And how much?

Are we expected to tip midwives after delivery? I am having a c-Sec at the Adventist and want to do the right thing. Thanks

We didn't "tip" the midwives on the last day, but my husband brought a box of chocolate for them to share.

I had my baby at QMH so not sure...we didn't tip them...
