Do I need to follow both Vaccination schedule?

We are currently living in HK, however when it comes to BB vaccination... really not sure if we should follow both (HK & Canada). Any advice???
 
i'm following the Hk schedule. when we move back to canada, i'll make sure that my kids have everything that is suggested there, too.
