Do i need to buy another ticket for my helper ?

My helper leave our family in 23/7, She has 14 days to stay in HK, so i bought her4/8 ticket back to cebu, however, she call me just now she miss up the plane and want me to buy another ticket for her. So do i need to do so ?
 
Wouldn't 14 days be on the 6th of August? Did you and your helper jointly agree that she would go back two days early (in writing)?
 
ummm... no that's her fault not yours. you provided her with the ticket as per requirement. that is it. but i would inform immigration that she missed her flight, as she is now overstaying her visa which could cause a lot more problems for her, and possibly you... have you informed immigration that you have terminated her employment?
 
Agree. Do not buy another - it is now get problem to solve. You told her the date of flight and have the ticket - your obligation is finished with regard to financial. You do need to inform immigration though as it could look like she is refusing to leave the country.
 
actually she leave on 21/7, but the date on the 30 days notice i wrote 23/7. she agree to leave my home early 2 days and is by her request
