Do I have to buy MedInsurance for helper

My helper told me that she got her own med insurance and she only pays 150 for each doctor's visit. So Do I have to buy another insurance for her? Of course I will reimburse her doctor fees for each visit.
If I still have to buy med insurance for her, Could someone recomend good insurance packages for helper ?

Employers are legally obligated to buy insurance for their helpers. Do you know what type of insurance your helper has purchased? Here's some info on HSBC.
