Defective Tiny Love product

I bought a Tiny Love Activity Gym (Duet) at Bumps to Babes which came with a few "hanging toys". I was wiping one of the teething toy with a cotton soaked in drinking water when I noticed that the colour of the toy came off!

I want to lodge a complaint - should I raise it with B2B or with Tiny Love or both?

Has anyone else experienced this? I would strongly recommend you check your toys...

i would do both. i did contacted Tiny Love HK Distributor before & they were quite helpful. & the staff at B2B are nice too. At B2B, you can actually contact the owner, Mr Walker. Then you might even want to lodge a compalint with the HK Consumer Council.
 
We also have never encountered any problems with our tiny love toys, despite their being washed over and over again.

I would also talk to both B2B and Tiny Love....the distributer in HK is callked Ilinko (something like that). They helped us with another matter.
 
We sell Tiny Love toys too and haven't had any complaints. The Disti is ilinko - Tel 3112 2288. You can speak to Chaddy or Alan.
 
We bought a Tiny Love Symphony-in-Motion mobile and after barely a day, the mobile would not spin. We brought it back to B2B and they let us replace the product with something else.
