daytime babysitter needed

I am due in mid Jan next year and I am hoping to find a helper to lookafter my baby during weekdays when I am at work (from 8 to 6 from Mon to Fri). My last priority is to find a Philipino as both me and my husband do not prefer a maid to live with us.

Any good recommendation or agency I can refer to?
