Costa Bello in Sai Kung

My family and I have been living in Pok Fu Lam area for a year and we are now considering a move to Costa Bello in Sai Kung.
Does anyone live in Costa Bello or know about this place? I would like to have your views please. What are the pros and cons? I have 2 children, 7 yrs old and 18 months old. The elder one goes to the french intl school. Thank you.

It's near Tui Min Hoi , near Sai Kung rown. It seems like it be a long commute for the little one if you keep in in the French International School.

I used to live in Sai Kung town and if you have guests who are trying to leave your place on a weekend evening, the traffic can be very heavy.
