Cost for IUI?

Hello ladies,

I am seeing Dr Alex Doo and was planning IUI but found out one IUI procedure costs HK$50-60K whereas other clinics roughly between HK$15-30K (e.g. Polivifc and Dr Tay, but booking is scheduled to 1st Q next year).

Could you please share/advise usual cost range for IUI? And does it really worth the difference?

p.s. Am over 40 so clocking is ticking...

Hi Lou,
I wish you all the best of luck- but I think 50-60k is waaaayyyy too expensive for an IUI. I went to the Woman's clinic and spent 15K each time (although the actual IUI is double if it falls on a public holiday). I saw Dr Mok who was lovely and both times went well- but I didn't get pregnant. IUI success rates are quite low, but of course there is a lot of success too! I hope you are one of them- but I would consider elsewhere before you make a final decision.
