Cost estimate for private hospital delivery

have been trying to figure out a rough cost estimate for private hospital delivery (more specifically, The Sanatorium). From what I gathered, on the assumption of a smooth normal delivery (i.e. no emergency no complication etc), the total bill should be a sum of:

- hospital package
- OB's delivery charge
- OB's ward visit
- anaesthesist charge + hospital epidural charge (if applicable)
- paediatrician charge

have i missed any major item? not fussed about small miscel charge. just trying to figure out if i haven't missed any big ticket item!

paediatricians normally have a package which includes daily visits. their charges also increase depending on your room type along with anaesthetist. plus fees increase on sundays which we found it.
