Cord blood banks in Hong Kong

i decided to bank my baby's cord blood, but dunno how to choose a cord blood bank with fidelity and quality.
i have read through "Choice" last week, Consumer Councial recommends expectant parents to choose a cord blood bank with international accreditations (eg FACT , Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy and AABB, American Association of Blood Banks)
I contacted different cord blood banks in Hong Kong, only Healthbaby was accredited FACT and AABB, Healthbaby should be the cord blood bank that can gurantee the quality of stem cells.
Please give me recommendations and comments if you have any, thanks!
 
HB no good...high staff turnover. I heard cordlife cut price to only 21000 for 18 years plan. I signed up in expo and is now asking for refund / discount....seems better pick the one with history and experience, more secure.
