Convention plaza Vs Leighton Hills

Hi Parents,

We are moving to HongKong in a couple of months time and have two children at the ages of 4 and 6 with my husband working in Central.

Would you kindly advise your comments on living at
- Convention Plaza= the service apartments next to Grand Haytt
- Leighton Hills
- comparison between the two, please.

They dont really compare.
One is a set of service apartments with a relatively limited amount of facilities and the other is a complex with fantastic facilities with very good surrounds.

As long as the budget allows, Leighton Hill is one of the premier developments on the island and I'd jump at the chance to be there.

Come and see both before you decide.
 
Sorry , I forgot to ask for your advice please about Leighton Hill:
1/ For young children, can they ride their bicycles, scooter, roller blading there or nearby neighborhood parks? Hopefully a walking distance one. The Victoria Park may be a bit far to take the bikes and scooters?
2/ any nearby / neighborhood music schools provide children musical instrument classes( piano, erhu and violin) or ideally we would like to find teachers teach at home.
Any recommended teachers, please.
