Constant renovation in Hk neighbourhood!!

Ahhhh...why is that anywhere I move to my neighbours are always renovating??! (

Hk people are always flipping renovating and refurbishing their home?! What's that all about???

Sick of two months of intense loud thumping and drilling - need some peace and quiet in my late pregnancy....
