congee for babies

Hi, we used to make congee using chinese soup instead of just water, to help give a little flavour as didn't add salt when he was still small. Would freeze batches of soup so did not have to boil soup everyday. Then added some meat into congee and different veg, chinese or western, eg choi sum, peas, kale pumpkin, etc. Chopped up the meat finely after it was cooked. Hope that helps
