Confused - Baby Art kits

I was wondering whether anyone can help. I purchased the Baby Art Magic Box (the one where you make hand/ foot impressions into the round tin) and am perplexed as to how to use it.

The instructions consist of 4 pictures. i) two hands rubbing together; ii) a rolling pin; iii) making the hand impression on the clay (the only one I can understand) and; iv) a big pencil pointing at the hand.

Can anyone tell me how do I mix the plaster of paris i.e. how much water do I use and what do I do thereafter?

Their website doesn't help either. I feel silly for asking but the last time I did something similar was probably when I was in primary school .... a long long time ago.

I asked the Disti if they had instructions. Got the following reply.


Simply press the baby's foot or hand into the plastercine, and then it takes about 24 hours to set.


? Wash and dry baby’s foot or hand

? Press the foot or hand firmly into the impression material and gently remove.
 
thanks rani, i guess i'll just have to experiment a bit. the rolling pin and pencil still have me a bit stumped though.
