Confinement Vinegar ginger

I m currently 8 mnths & I really dont know where I can purchase the confinement ginger. Its easily found in Singapore but I really dunno where to look in hk...

Any suggestions, ladies?

You can check out Pat Chun (Pat Chun - Famous Sweetened Vinegar, Oriental Sauces, & Quality Organic Foods - Hong Kong)

They are a household name for sweet vinegar in Hong Kong and that's where my mom got the vinegar to make my confinement ginger.
