Confinement recipes and information

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone would mind sharing their information on confinement recipes etc. I have done some googling on the topic and the recipes have not been very good in terms of instruction.

Any help or advice you could offer would be very welcome, thank you in advance

I don't know exact recipes, but my confinement nanny made me drink soup every meal - the more liquid, the more milk she said.
