Confinement Lady (Puei Yuet)- lots of questions!!!

I verbally hired a puei yuet thru Methodist Centre (waichai)/
循 道 衛 理 中 心.

Any one have experience with 循 道 衛 理 中 心? They said there is no contact so how to I get recourse if the puei yuet turns out to be bad?

Should I draft a contract between me and the Puei Yuet?

My puei yuet is call Yip XX To (or Ah To). Any one have experience with her?

Please help!!!

I had a Puei Yuet but it was thru a referral and yes we did sign a contract she actually provided me with one. Basically I paid a deposit I think was about 20% the remaining amount was to be paid at the end of the month. If I was not happy with her services then I would paid per day. The contract will also state her rest days.
