Conception confusion

I had a ultra sound at the hospital a little less then 3 weeks ago and they told me i was at least 5 weeks then when i went to the baby doctor and had a ultrasound he said i was only 6 weeks 6 days but that dosnt make sense with my date of conception or what the hospital told me... Is it possible the doctor could be wrong?
 
hi, yes normally they calculate from the date of last period. The ultrasound can be off by +/-5 days. Very soon, it will be more accurate. Congrats to you too!
