Club Med/other holidays for larger groups?

Hey all,

A few families and mine are planning a long-weekend holiday (4 days or so) and one option is to try one of the Club Meds. I was wondering a) has anyone tried Cherating, Bintan or Phuket and have any comments? b) where is the best place to book club med? I know they have a "Club Med HK" website/agency - is it all going to be the same price, or is somewhere else cheaper than that?

Also, one friend suggested that some places such as Bali might have a villa that we can stay at which includes a cook/butler etc? I've never heard of such a thing, where would I look into something like that?

There will be 5 families going on this trip so 10 adults, 5 three year olds, and 4 "babies" who range between 20-8 months old at the time of the trip... 19 people in total.

We went to Phuket & stayed at a 4-bedroom villa at the outrigger with private pool, full kitchen & washing machine. Chef can be booked to cook at the outdoor dining area. There's also main pool, kids club, video rental etc. The villa we stayed at might not be big enough for your group though.
 
Do you mean at Club Med or another kind of villa? Where do you find out the options for something like that (assuming it's not club med)
