Cleaning Avent Sterilizer- Citric Acid

Does anybody know where I can get citric acid to clean my Avent Steam sterilizer? Or does anybody use something different to descale it?
 
I've seen it sold in Jusco. They're like the packs that came with the sterilizer. I'm pretty sure you'll find it wherever they sell the sterilizer.
 
I bought the citric acid pkts from Apita (dunno if I spelt it correctly), one of the Jap stores at Cityplaza, the mall near Tai Koo MTR stn.

that's where I've seen them so far. They're usually in either the sterilizer section, the brushes section or the sterilizing liquid/detergent section
