Classes to attend

Anyone knows if there is any classes to attend on learning how to breathe, the process of labour? Due to SARS, a lot of classes I would like to attend in Margaret Hospital has not been re-open.

The Adventist Hospital, Matilda Hospital and also Annerley Mid-wives are holding ante-natal classes.

Private lessons are also an option - due to heavy workload I was not able to go to any of the classes organized by hostpitals so I ended having some private lessons at home with a mid-wife and that turned out pretty well for me. cost was HK$1600 for two 2-hour sessions.
