there is a nursery in Happy Valley (opposite the race course, next to the cemetry) that you can pre-order your fresh xmas tree at fairly competitive prices - I remember paying about $700-800 for a 6 footer last year...you can also, be like me, and go there in late Nov or early Dec to pick one out yourself (heaps more fun!!)....if you are not pre-ordering go early as all the smaller sizes like 5 ft ones are snapped up quickly and they tend to have alot of big 7 to 8 footers left towards early/mid Dec....they drop alot of pines BUT there is nothing that beats the smell of a fresh xmas tree in your home! And yes they do deliveries...
