Christmas Gifts--Opinion

We are blessed to live in a house with a garden and am desperate for some outdoor toys, especially this time of the year.

I was thinking for Christmas to get my children one of those sand/water tables

Their ages are 4 and 14 months.

Can you think of anything else or anything better to get?

Please I'm desperate for Christmas ideas!!! :yeah2
 
M, those sand/water tables are great! BUT, i know that you guys have a communal pool, so the table is nothing that they couldn't play with at the pool. the sand for the table is ridiculously priced as well....and most of it will end up on the ground. i've also put rice into the table, but again, ends up on the ground, and everywhere else as well.

i bought a HUGE "blow up" ball, it's made out of parachute material and you use a hair dryer to blow it up.... the kids always have a great time with it. you could also go for an inflatable "bouncy castle"... they have them at bumps2babes.

We have a sand/water table and the kids LOVE it. Most of the year we just have water in it. The kids splash around in it and have a great time (normally naked!). In winter we switch to sand. It can get messy but sand on the lawn doesn't bother me in the slightest.

We also have a swing/slide set that is really popular. So that's another idea?
 
as a matter of fact, i'm looking for something similar and can't find what i'm looking for, which is why i'm considering a wooden kitchen set from bumps2babes.
 
thanks, i've already been on their website. it's just that due to small living accomodations in hk, they carry a tiny selection.... that are all wayyyyyyy over priced.
