Christian mums - catch up and study

Hi Everyone,

Despite all the interest in the bible study/ catch up - I haven't had any mums sign up for the dates I listed.

I am still really keen to set something up. If there are any mums who want to met up one on one over the summer just send me a private message.

I might try again to set something up in September.

I received your message and one for Hwee Cheng - thank you. As you suggested I am happy to met up. I will try again for some dates later in July. I know a lot of people go away at this time of the year.

I hope to get something organised soon. Please PM me if you want to catch up for coffee over the summer.

I was waiting for a date and final location info, I misunderstood, obviously since both dates have passed they won't work. I would still love to see this idea take off. I think if you set a date, time and location, you'll get plenty of takers. oh and BTW i will only be bringing some if any of my children so don't worry about the space for me. ;) ( i was signed in under my husbands name last time jadick)

I just arrived in town and would like to know if there is an english speaking church on the hong kong side, preferebly close to Tai Koo but am willing to go further west. Also, when will be the next bible study meeting and where?

Hi,

There are lots of English speaking churches in the Central, Wan Chai area. Check out the paper on Sat in South China Morning Post in the city section. Most english churches advertise there.

I am a Christian, and am 8 months pregnant now.. Would be fun to do bible study with other preggers or moms.. pls also keep me in the loop.. I live in Kennedy Rd, East Mid Levels.. but am open to commute.. I am starting maternity leave in March, so would love to participate in this.

I think the closest and the best place would be in Central/Sheung Wan called The Vine. 5 mins actually from IFC One. Convenient for you and your baby! They have a mothers and babies time every tuesday at 10am.
They consist of some of the most amazing people, are very friendly and have some of the best support anyone can get!

Hi There,

I am relocating to Hong Kong in the 2nd week of September and would really love to meet other Christian Mums, working or stay at home. I will be working at 3 Pacific Place. If anyone works around there, it would be great to meet up for a coffee. I have a little girl who turns 3 next week.
