HI,
We have recently bought the wrong type of red cabbage. Instead of buying a regualr small 'western' one for making salad, we bought a bigger version one which is very hard and thick (texture) and I dont think it can be eaten raw.
Does anyone know how to cook this red cabbage instead of throwing it away? if not, steaming it cant be wrong.
Any suggestion/ advice are very welcome!
(ps: I am thinking of having vegetarian curry, can I add reb cabbage into it?)
