Hi all ive heard there is a place in Shenzen that sells Art and house decorative ornaments etc

has anyone been what did you think or know where it is?
thank you

You need to go to Shenzhen art village in Dafen. There are lots of artists studios selling all sorts from copies of famous paintings to original Chinese contemporary art. There are also some places that do sculptures and other objects. It takes a while to sort the good from the bad but there are some great things if you have patience to look.
To get there take a taxi from Lo Wu.

Thank you ive heard theres a homewear building like lowu but all for the house any idea where this is>

B&q is not cheap. It's for middle class people in china. You would have better luck staying in hk.
Luohu commercial building at the border also has lots of of paintings shops, if you don't want to go too far.

thank you all its not just paintings i want i hard there is a home area to buy furniture such as tables chairs vases stools etc if anyone knows whats it called please pass on many thanks

Actually what you are looking for is around Bao'an Bei Lu. This road has a lot of furniture shops and home decoration stuff. This is just next to Diwang DaSha.
For vases, stools etc, there is a market called Song gang art and craft market. They have shops for crockery, home decoration stuff, bed covers etc.
Further down the road, there is a mall called Kinhome. There are a whole lot of furniture shops from the cheapest to the most expensive ones. Once you reach there, you can explore some more shops around.
Good Luck.

I used to live almost beside Diwang building, never noticed these places.
Anyway, you can take the metro to Da Ju Yuen and follow the signs to this building area. Also attached to metro is a very nice mall to cool off in and escape the street crowds.

Its actually not a single building. The road next to Diwang Building is the Bao'an Bei Lu. If you drive down that long road, after a couple of km, you start seeing big shop/showrooms selling home decoration stuff. If you go further down, you will see the toys market and the songang art and craft market, further down its the auto market for second hand cars, and towards the end of the road you will find HOBA, Kinhome, B&Q and the big Geramn supermarket (i think its called metro??)
