My wife and I are relocating to Hong Kong from Guangzhou. She is 4 months pregnant, due April 1st. The birth will not be covered by insurance and we are needing to know the best, yet cheapest route to go for both prenatal care and delivery. There is a strong chance of needing a cesearean since she is ethnic chinese and I am a size XXL caucasian. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as this move is already a bit stressful to say the least.

Congratulations!!! If you have a HK ID card then you can go through the public (gov't) system. Queen Mary is a gov't hospital. Have a read through this thread on costs. The general ward is the cheapest
