child care centres/preschools in aberdeen

I am a S'porean moving to HK in Aug 06.

Does anyone know of any child care centres/preschools in aberdeen (nam long shan area) which provide affordable child care services for children from 2 years onwards?

Anyone knows the SISHK whether they provide for children below 4 yrs?

Were you looking for a English school or will a Chinese school do?
