changing hospitals

my sis-in-law is due to give birth in 2 months and is currently getting check-ups done in tsan yuk/QMH but they're planning to move to jordan before the due date so how can she change hospitals....?

i know that the nurse at tsan yuk will give the antenatal records for us to take to QMH when we are to be admitted for giving birth so can she just go to a public hospital closeby (in jordan) with her antenatal records or will she be told to go to QMH instead? also, which is the closest public hospital to jordan?

i did ask my sis-in-law (and bro-in-law) to ask tsan yuk when she goes for an appointment but they leave everything to me once again......

i try to use my phone to the minimum while at work so if someone has changed hospitals near the due date then please comment - would really appreciate it!
