cebu pacific - helper tickets

hi, i want to know if we can make changes to a cebu-pacific booking made online without making any penalty payment.....we want to book tickets now for christmas to get good rates but are not sure about the dates at present....anyone done these kind of changes pls. let me know.

Also this is the first time my helper is going on her annual leave after employing her in feb this year....do i have to pay one-way or two-way fare?

hi, unless you agreed with your helper to purchase a holiday ticket for her, you are not obliged to pay for her to return to Philippines as annual leave. You are only obliged to purchase ticket back to the Philippines at the end of her contract. Hope this helps.

If you are booking online, you should be able to see the terms and condition of the tickets. . .typically it's a $250 change penalty plus fare difference per change. However, having said that, I'm not sure you can change your ticket online, I believe you have to or your helper have to go to the ticket office and do the changes there or at the airport.
