Cebu: hotel recommendation with 15 month old !

we are planning a vacation to cebu with our 15 month old?.

Any recommendation on the hotel stay ?
Places to see/ activites ?
also any thing specific I should be taking care with the toddler???

We just came back from Shangra-la hotel and resort in Cebu and had a really nice time with our 3 year old and 1 year old.

I haven't stayed at any other place in Cebu though so have nothing to compare it to.

Take a good sunscreen, sun hat and long sleeved swim shirt to avoid sun burn for baby. Oh and plenty of swim diapers as they are expensive on the resort.
 
abaca is much better than shangri-la by many standards, but i could understand that the open grounds of shangri-la are better with small kids that like to run around
