What are the car seat regulations for toddlers and children in Hong Kong?

I will be moving to HK from Canada in August with my 6, 4, and 2 year olds. Here in Canada, the older two ride in booster seats (not reqired by law, but heavily promoted). The youngest is still in a forward facing car seat. We are not planning on driving during our year in Hong Kong and will be relying on school buses, taxis and public transportation. What equipment should I bring with me?

Unline the US, kids do not have to be in a carseat/booster. You can consider getting a seatbelt similar to the Freedom Ride.
