We are going to deliver at Canossa and like to use a more alternative delivery method (Hypnobirthing). As such we like all kind of tools like birthing stool, chair, balls, bars and generally a less high-tech environment.

is there someone who could share some pics of the room or can describe what's available? it seems that visiting is not possible as they are too busy...

From what I remember, there is nothing of all the things you'd like to have. The delivery room is quite small and basic.
If you plan to stay in your bedroom as long as possible and that everything is fine (no need monitoring), you can still ask to walk around, but the best is maybe to ask them before and eventually bring something you need.
Good luck !

well, I delivered via c-section slightly more than 2 years ago, and am due to do it again in 2 weeks time. I am not sure whether it will provide you with any insights, I was wheeled into a prep room which looks like a very standard room in pastel colours, not very distinctive but the ONE crucial thing that I remember is that they played Kenny G in the background, which I though was very funny. Have a smooth delivery!
