Can you buy cartons of ready made formula here?

I wonder if anyone could help me! My sister in law is visiting later in the year with our niece who is just a year old.
She has asked me to find out if you can get cartons of formula milk for convienience when you are out and about. In the UK she buys cartons of SMA. Although she is now old enough to drink cows milk I had warned her that the milk here is very different and so she is trying to think of alternatives. Thank you!
 
I've also seen them in UK but sadly, not in HK.

Is your sister in law worried about the quality of water here?
 
No not the water, its just I am always saying that the milk here isn't very nice! My niece doesn't have to have formula now but I think she was worried she wouldn't like any of the milk here and so was looking for alternatives - such as the cartons. Never mind!
