Calculating long service leave for helper

I've been trying to find the old thread that had a link to the employee ordinance.

Wanted to check the calculation for long service leave if you are either terminating or not renewing your helper's contract once they have been with you beyond 5 years.

One of the sites I found said this was 2/3 of their last month's wages, times the number of years service...

I could not find the site either, but as far as I remember, your calculation method is correct.
