I need a recommendation for a good local bakery that can make a simple "custom" cake. Literally, I want a round chocolate cake with white frosting that has a rainbow pattern painted on it. It is a super simple design. I need to feed potentially 15, 3-year-olds and 15 adults. I am on a budget so a local place (maybe not necessarily the place that expats would get their cakes done at) would probably be best. Any suggestions?

I don't have a recommendation for a local bakery but you could consider making the cake yourself and then sticking a rainbow on it? I was in at Complete Deelite in Central not very long ago and they had a lot of pre-made stick on edible pictures. Not sure about rainbows but you could call them to check. It would be an inexpensive option if you could make the cake yourself (maybe with a cake mix if its easier for you), frost it yourself with white frosting then add the stick on details.
