Bumbo Seats Recalled

We never used a Bumbo seat but I know people do- and have just found that they Bumbo has recalled their seats in the US and for the moment stopped selling them due to children falling out of them.

Although the article does say that the children fell out of the seats because people were using the seats on table tops.....which sounds like an extremely stupid thing to do!

ya I read the news just now and thinking this is really stupid thing to do, how could one put that seat on table top and let the child or baby sat in there? Unbelievable!!! Well, i think sometimes we parents do underestimate our babies!

What about the voluntary recall of Childrens' Tylenlol and other cold meds in the US? Why are parents overdosing their kids?

I don't understand why some people would put a baby in a bumbo and leave them on a table. At first glance at the headline, I thought it had something to do with the bumbo that caused the recall, but after reading the article, it's kind of unfair to the bumbo maker. My friend asked if they are going to recall stairs now since kids fall down on them all the time!
