Bringing Indonesia maid to Singapore

I plan to bring my maid to Singapore and release her after we've found someone (of course, with her knowing the arrangement). Has anyone got experience with this? I know I need to get her travel insurance, at least for one. Any suggestion where to get it? Does she need a visa? What else I need to do to wind up her contract?

Is your helper aware that she will be paid less and will receive less entitlements in Singapore? The wage can be as low as HKD$1000/month and no compulsory day off... so she can expect to work 365 days a year?

Of course there are HK employers who do that anyway. But in Singapore, her rights are not mandated by the labour dept. as in Hong Kong.
