You can try New Famous Employment agency in Causeway Bay. They can handle the paperwork for your maid. They were recommended to me by a friend and I got my maid through them. It is one of the smaller agencies, but are accredited to process visas through the Indon Consulate in HK. The owner is Madam Winnie Wan, Indonesian Chinese lady.
