Has anyone knows about the rules and regulations of bringing helper back to UK in a long term basis? (not vacation)
From what i gathered so far, i need to fulfill at least 1 year employment (on paypoll) with the helper in order to bring her over to the UK.
However, I am unsure if I have to pay the helper according to the UK minimum wages or I can still stick to the Hong kong wages when we move back to UK with the helper?
ps: I have yet to get any full time helper, as my husband keeps telling me we need to fulfill 2 years contract, which we only have like 8 more months to live & work in HK. (as per the work contract). We may have to extend the work contract later.
