Bright White Spots on Teeth + Paediatric Dentist

My 16 month-old girl has 8 teeth, and we started brushing with the banana/strawberry flavour baby tooth paste since she started having teeth.

Just realised that she has bright white spots on her teeth, anyone know what these are?

And any good baby dentists to recommend? Thank you in advance.

there was something about the floride content in water in the States tonight affecting the appearance of teeth - discoloration, etc. but the dentist they interviewed noted that the teeth for physically strong and that only the appearance of teeth were affected. is this the case with the baby? not sure - but interesting to note...
