The Medela pumps are excellent. I had a single electric pump which worked really well as I pumped 2X a day. If you're planning on pumping more often you might want to consider getting the double Pump in Style.

I heard from my friends that Medela's electric pumps are the best, easy to use and your hands don't get as tired as using a manual pump.
Medela brand beast pumps are supplied by Meridian Hong Kong Ltd., you may want to go their homepage to see the different types of pump they carry:

You can purchase limited selection of these pumps at Eugene Club , Mannings, and Wing On or you can go to Celki Home Health Care Centre where they have pretty well every Medela product.
The one rani recommend cost HK$ 690.00. There is actually a sale on at Wing On right now, 10% off all baby products including beast pumps.

Some of my friends have told me that the Avent hand pump is very good. This is available in Mothercare shops. The web site is http://www.aventbaby.com/uk/products/general_info/intro_isis.html
This has one advantage over the electric pumps - it doesn't make the noise an electric pump makes - this could be important depending where you will be pumping.

I think I will probably go for a Medela Mini electric pump (that's the only one I can find in Mannings, Eugene and Mothercare in HK anyway).
At Eugene Group you can get it for $610 for the single one and $1150 for the double one if you join them as a member.
