Breast feeding while sick...

it looks like my wife is coming up with a fever. can she take OTC medication and breast feed? or we have to go to doctors to get special medication for nursing moms? thanks.
 
Panadol is fine. They give mums with c-secs that at the hospital for the pain and explicitly told me it was fine when breastfeeding.
