any massages or streching i can do at home ?
any reco on the doc ?
is it really a matter of worry ??

See a doctor and get a proper diagnosis before you do anything - including worry. If you start doing things (stretches, etc.) that are incorrect for the particular condition (if anything) you can make things worse.

Have a look at most toddlers - they have bow shaped legs! But if you are concerned see a dr before doing anything as you may be worrying unnecessarily or even cause harm to him/her. Better to get it checked and put your mind at rest.

Yeah, was just thinking my one-year-old's legs look bow shaped too. Well, when he's walking and he only started walking in winter so his legs are always covered... haven't taken a close look at them without pants on. Thought that was just because of how they walk when they're starting out, trying to balance etc.

All toddlers have slightly bow shaped legs (tibial varum) but as the develop they straighten. Then as teenagers they become a little knocked knee (genu valgum) especially girls as the pelvis develops. If you are concerned I would suggest consulting a Podiatrist as they specialise in the lower limb and will be able to fully assess your child.

have chkd with few drs...& got the feedback saing its very common with young children & gets better as they grow older.
also have been asked to take vitamin D, as bow shaped legs could be cause of vitamin D deficiency.....
