Bored 2 year old Sai Kung District!!!

Hey everyone!

I have a very bored 2 year old daughter! We live in Sai Kung and I am crying out for any suggestions!! We take her to Clearwater Bay Great Mate Play on a Wednesday but it's just not enough to keep her occupied!! Is there any other playgroups nearby or anywhere we can take her to play etc?

Any help or suggestions would me greatly appreciated!

I have a 2yr old daughter and we've given up finding playgroups in the Sai Kung area.

I normally take her to Sai Kung town centre playground and Jumping Gym in Diamond Hill.

I am just glad we are returning to the UK at the end of August where there are plenty of free playgroups
 
free playgroup?
well of course there are not many. as someone who runs a playgroup i can tell you it is VERY expensive to run a good one. between rent, good quality toys, books & craft supplies not to mention the salary of someone to lead it, it is VERY expensive.

if you want a free group, you need to find a few other parents and have them round to your house so the kids can play.
 
ps> i have a 2 year old, too. and we live in sai kung... maybe we can all get them together at the playground or public pool over the next few weeks?
 
i work, but this week i could bring my kids to the public pool in the afternoon on Friday. I finish work at 12noon in Tsing Yi, but we could meet at 12:30 at mcdonald's for lunch and then go to the pool...

i have two kids, 4 & 2...

Hi there this is Daniel's wife, the tread from j12tse and i would like to meet you on thursday morning at the local swimming pool, it's my daughters 2nd birthday that day so that would be nice for her :-) would you like me to PM you my number?

hey gemma, i initially wrote thursday, btu had to change it as i work thursday afternoon in tsing yi, so can't get there on time if we go to the pool first.

can you come on friday instead?

is your girl turning 2 or 3?
 
Just spoke to my wife and we probably won't be able to make it. We have another 52 day old daughter and we don't want her outside too long in this humid weather. Also, none of us have a swimming costume.

Anyway, have a great time.

Sorry for the late reply was out all of yesterday for my little girls birthday, she was 2 :-) I see you have said today friday but i cant make it but can make any day any time next week to meet at the swimming pool??
