When I looked (2 years ago), none of the shops sold them here. Though, if you don't mind secondhand, you can try Asiaxpat. You might get an odd one for sale every now and then...

I looked a year ago and couldn't find one, however I found one identical in Causeway Bay. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the building, but it's the building that Toys'R Us is in (opposite IKEA). There are a couple shops there that sell baby clothes and one had the pillows.
Otherwise you can order them off the internet from Australia, but by the time you pay for the pillow and the postage it is very expensive.
