Bloody lips

My DD keeps biting her upper lip and the scabs keep falling out. Her lips are bloody all the time because he keeps scratching it or biting it with her teeth. What can I do? It's been like this for a few days.

She had a cold 2 weeks ago, her nose is no longer runny but she still has a cough especially at night.

my 2 yo the same with the cough at night after a cold, i brought her to dr. sonal at imi, she's improving.

as for the biting of the lip, how old is your DD? can you try lip balm?

THanks Joannek. Did your Dr. prescribe anything for her? I was hoping it can go away on its own.

She is 2yo, I tried lipbalm but it doesn't help much since she knows there is a scab there, she just picks on it when she is in bed.

yes, she gave her homeopathy remedy. it's different for everyone, so you'd have to bring your DD to see her.

can't help you with the picking at the scab. my DD had a scratch on her leg since dec & it hasn't healed yet, cos everytime it forms a scap, she picks at it =(
