Bleeding after using Epi-no

I'm in my 38 weeks now. I was training with Epi-No when I realized I was bleeding a bit. Should I stop training with it?

It was like a tsp of bright red blood...to be honest I don't know if this is from tearing from using it...or perhaps it was just a coincidence that I was having my bloody show.

then, yes... i would stop immediately... no idea what "epi-no" is though, sorry!

i would also go to the dr.

But I honestly think it's my bloody show as I have been experiencing other signs too. But still it was scary to see all that blood!!

any bleeding at 38 weeks is a cause for concern. pls call your doc asap.

Definitely see your OB, could be your show - or a bit of a graze from the Epi-No. I don't remember it happening to me, but I think a friend had a little blood once from over zealous use!
