Birthday Venue for 4year old

I'm urgently searching for a birthday venue for my soon-to-be-4 daughter, and since her b-day is in mid-December, a lot of the clubs and places are already fully booked. Anyone have any suggestions on places, or maybe baby gyms where I can contact?

How about a Pizza party at San Mazarano/Pizaa Express?

Gyms, there's MyGym, and the new one on Wyndham St JWT

Haven't been but how about a Beach Party at South Bay Beach? The kids can build sand castles and play relay games.
